Korean singer "Crown J" caught in Marijuana case

Crown J (Kim Kye Hoon), big for his role in popular Korean series “We Got Married”, was arrested and detained without charges in a marijuana case

On December 2nd, Crown J was arrested by police and was taken into custody at Incheon Airport to be questioned. Since last May, Crown J traveled to the United States to make music, but was charged for using marijuana at his home in Atlanta, Georgia, many times.

The drug investigation team of Seoul Police said that Crown J denied charges of him using marijuana on a regular basis. He said,

“At the latest time, I’ve only used marijuana 1-2 times krub. The accusation that I use marijuana on a daily basis is false krub.”

The police also said that they will still need to investigate and extend to any persons in the entertainment that has collaborated with Crown J and those in the United States as well.

Crown J’s affiliation said that,

“We never knew about this before krub. Upon hearing the news, we are shocked and very embarrassed krub. He is about to debut in America, but here is has to face this embarrassment. We feel really bad.”
