Por Thissadee Will Be In Remake of “Mon Rak Luke Toong”

22 Mar

Por reveals he’s happy that both of his lakorns are getting good ratings/reviews. He’s ecstatic that the bosses have given him a part in “Mon Rak Luke Toong”. He denies that he’s a “Daddy Pusher”, but instead said that he was just given good roles.

You can say that it’s the “golden age” for actor, Por Thissadee when his lakorn, “Poo Yai Lee Gup Nang Ma” received good reviews for it and recently the lakorn, “Tat Dao Bussaya” that Por took on the role as a “Daddy Pusher”  for singer, Punch Warakarn who is rising as a Nang Aek also. Por feels flattered and with this the bosses have given him the script for “Mon Rak Luke Toong.”

“I would like to speak on behalf of the team who has helped out to make the lakorn a hit. I feel happy that we can make everyone else happy.”

Are you happy that both of your lakorns have good ratings one after the other?

“This is more of the timing and it was a good timing that my lakorns were out at a good time. I received a good role and a good lakorn and when the viewers watch it, it made them happy. So with this I say everyone is a loving child.”

We hear that you will get to play in “Mon Rak Luke Toong?”

“That’s right. Right now I am preparing myself and whatever role that the bosses see is right for me I am happy to take it. As for the Nang Aek, right now I don’t know who it is.”

Have you taken any singing/vocal classes?

“As for singing if it has to be good I’ll leave it up to the professionals, but if it’s just to sing to be funny then I can take care of it.”

Are they forcing you since the old version was good.

“Well it’s a different era and a different style. So back then would have to be the style of how it was back then and with this era it would have to go with the style for this era.”

Before you used to be the one that  needed pushing, but now you are being a pusher, how does it feel?

“I don’t think it’s to that point now.”

But now you are being looked at the guy who receives roles as a young gentleman from the country.

“Like I’ve said it has to deal with a lot of things, like the script and if you ask because it’s the feature in my face that makes me look like a country boy then I would have to say yes, it’s cute.”

Mon Ruk Lookthoong!!! No!!! He has enough country boy roles, he should stay away and be versatile. Plus I am not a big fan of that lakorn. Por N and Kob did a remake like in 2005? I think it was 2005 lol… Taddao Bussaya even though the previous version was less than 5 years old, I liked it but stay away from remakes for now. It can get tiring if you have to play in a remake 3 times in a row. Hua Jai Song Pak, Taddao Bussaya and now Mon Ruk Lookthoong that’s too much…

I love his sense of humor esp when he joked about his singing. Leave it to the professional but if it is meant for the hell of it, I will do it. Same here, I ain’t no good singer but when it comes to karaoke, hand me the microphone!!! LOL

      • salalao March 23, 2010 at 9:32 AM #

Defintely NO NO Pat( she is over rated actress never care for her lakorn even with Por), but Fon can sings she will help Por along, ok how about Benz, Janie ?. Tai Orathai or Takatan Cholada they are defintely can sing loong toong.
I have watch Por lakorn as wealthy business man to country boy. I prefer him as a country boy. He looks good with cowboy hat or that cloth tired around his waist it cute.

The last remake of this wasn’t even that long ago, there’s no need for another one.

seriously? i’m tired of por. never found him to be cute or pra’ek material and i don’t think i will ever either but he seems to be one of the boss’s favorites.

I’m fine with remakes as long as it is better that the ones before it. I liked the one with Saranyu and Nampeung. As for Por Nattawut and Kob’s version, I watched the first clip of the first episode and decided better not to go further. As for the nang’ek of this, I think Punch. Fans will love them on-screen again and it it good for Punch too!…huge fan of Punch btw

Out of the remakes I have watched/remembered, I would have to say Taddao Bussaya 2010 is one of the best remake. I would have to agree with those who say that three remakes for Por would be a lot.

  14. iisme March 23, 2010 at 3:31 PM #

OMG he should totally be in this movie with Punch Worakan. She can already sing and can definitely help him out with his singing too. That would be super awesome if they would really pair these two again!!!!

  15. fun March 23, 2010 at 4:41 PM #

I don’t want Punch to be in here. I don’t like the character in here. It would spoil my mood. I didn’t like the first or second version and for sure even if it was Por and Punch, I wouldn’t still like it.
